Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms govern use of the Onortech website. They are intended for visitors in the United States and Mexico. By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Website information and services

Onortech provides information about cybersecurity consulting, assessments, insurance readiness, and policy-development services. Website content is general information, not legal, insurance, regulatory, or individualized security advice. A website visit, phone call, or email does not by itself create a client relationship.

Separate engagement agreements

Consulting work begins only after the parties agree to the scope and applicable commercial terms in a separate written agreement. That agreement should address authorization, deliverables, timing, fees, payment, confidentiality, data handling, and any applicable liability terms. If it conflicts with these website terms about the engagement, the engagement agreement controls.

Pricing and availability

Published prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are informational, not a binding offer. Scope, availability, taxes, expenses, payment schedules, and final fees will be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. We may correct errors and change future pricing or service descriptions; accepted engagements remain subject to their agreed terms.

Authorized and lawful use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse contact details, or copy information in a way that infringes others’ rights. Security testing of any system requires prior authorization from its lawful owner; requesting a service does not grant that authorization.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Onortech or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for internal evaluation of our services. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires permission or another valid legal basis. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Communications and confidentiality

Use onortech@outlook.com for inquiries. Do not send credentials, sensitive records, or confidential technical findings before we agree on an appropriate secure channel and any necessary confidentiality terms. Sending an unsolicited message does not automatically create a confidentiality agreement, but applicable privacy and legal obligations still apply.

No guaranteed security or insurance outcome

Cybersecurity services can help identify and reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete security, prevention of incidents, regulatory compliance, insurance eligibility, premium reductions, or claim payment. Insurers and other third parties make their own decisions. Recommendations must be assessed in the context of your organization and the agreed scope.

Third-party services

Email, telephone, and any other external services are operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability to the extent permitted by law.

Website availability and warranties

We aim to keep information useful and accurate but do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its general information are provided as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. This does not alter express commitments in an engagement agreement.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Onortech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.

Applicable law and disputes

Onortech may serve clients in the United States and Mexico. These website terms do not choose an exclusive court or impose mandatory arbitration. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules govern website-related disputes. Any permitted choice of law or venue for a consulting engagement should be stated in its written agreement. Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution; doing so does not waive statutory rights or deadlines.

Changes and contact

We may revise these website terms by publishing an updated version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not automatically change existing signed engagements. Questions may be sent to elambertj@outlook.com.
